You are required to keep your registered information up to date. Any changes to your legal name, contact details or banking information must be notified to support promptly. Providing deliberately false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
All accounts on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) by default. All deposit, withdrawal, bonus and wagering amounts displayed on the Platform are stated in MYR unless expressly specified otherwise.

All deposits must be made from a payment source in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. Deposits are generally credited instantly for e-wallet methods; bank transfer processing times may vary between 5 and 30 minutes.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations. All transactions are processed in MYR. For cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20), the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction will be used to convert balances. Sungaitoto does not charge platform-level transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees and these are outside our control.
Sungaitoto complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. We reserve the right to request documentation confirming the source of funds deposited into any Account, particularly for large or unusual transactions. Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, referral rewards, VIP benefits and other promotional credits are subject to these general bonus conditions and any additional specific terms published alongside each promotion. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means a RM100 bonus requires RM3,000 in cumulative wagers). The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds and expiry period for each bonus will be stated in the applicable promotion's terms.
Any behaviour that Sungaitoto reasonably determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to systematic low-risk wagering to meet rollover requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms — will result in the immediate cancellation of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
New players who create a valid account and make a qualifying first deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus up to the advertised amount (up to MYR 2,880 as currently promoted). Welcome bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the promotion page and may only be claimed once per household, IP address, email address, device or payment method. Sungaitoto reserves the right to modify or discontinue the welcome bonus at any time.
Bonus funds that are not utilised within the stated validity period will expire automatically and will be removed from the Account balance without further notice.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game type, sport or market. It is the User's sole responsibility to familiarise themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. Ignorance of rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or bet cancellation.
Sungaitoto reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, limit or void any bet — in whole or in part — without providing a reason. This includes bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds resulting from human or technical error. In such cases, bets will be settled at the correct odds or voided, at our discretion.
In-play betting markets are subject to suspension, amendment or removal at any time without prior notice, particularly in response to live events. Bets accepted before a market suspension are generally honoured unless affected by a system error or data feed failure, as determined by Sungaitoto.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, sport and market, and are displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. Sungaitoto reserves the right to adjust stake limits on a per-account basis, including imposing lower limits on accounts suspected of sharp or professional betting activity.
All sporting event results and casino game outcomes are final once officially published or confirmed by the relevant authority or game provider. Settlement of bets is carried out in accordance with the applicable betting rules for each market. Any settlement errors identified after initial payment will be corrected; Sungaitoto reserves the right to reverse settlements and recover any amounts incorrectly paid as a result of such errors.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals must be processed and any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved. Real-money balances will be returned to the registered payment source. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, at our sole discretion, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; prolonged inactivity in accordance with our dormant account policy; or regulatory requirements.
